Elegy (Crystal Glass)

I went to a lovely graduation party where three crystal glasses from the couple's wedding were broken, one after another as people finished their mimosas and set them down to play whiffle ball, or shake booty, or just snap a picture.
Then I heard this song on the radio and ain't that just apropos? Yep, it shore 'twas.
