Since the birth of my twins we've been shooting countless hours of digital footage with our slick JVC Everio. Well I broke out Adobe Premier and started combing and cutting this footage up so I could burn it to DVDs. OMG it takes so much time I don't think I'll ever get it done. Does anyone know where I could dump all this video and pay someone to edit it so I don't have to, and have it look better than my poor skills? Is this likely to cost me a fortune?

Just about every consumer grade dvd authoring out there has more bugs than a bait store. The biggest problem lies in during the compiling process, which can take the better part of an entire day, only to find out that the dvd's sound is out of snyc, or the compilation process stops at 99% and locks the computer up.
Now I must admit I have not used Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 yet, but I can only assume it's dvd authoring abilities work o.k. but generally it's best to have a separate program for that.
