I just successfully doctored my first Photoshop picture.
It's like a whole new world has opened up to me. That damn tool bar and "layers" are no longer so intimidating.
If I knew the number of pixels, I might even post it, but I don't want Josh to yell at me. I'm also assuming that a .psd file can be easily converted to a .jpeg file, but that's a lesson for another day.

It'll ask you a bunch of questions about losing information and merging all the layers, just click through 'yes' to everything, voila. You can leave the file name the same since it won't save a jpg or a gif file over the psd. They'll show up next to each other in the folder.
Resizing is easy image>imagesize gives you the width and length, keep the little paper-clip dealies on to maintain proper ratio between width and length. It's as easy as typing 380 or 400 into the field. Make sure you don't accidentally save it over your .psd file, or you will lose pixel information.
