McCarthyism Shirts!

My friend Matt made a shirt design for me a long time ago, and I recently found a small-run silkscreening place that will do small orders for a very nice price... so I'm finally making them!

I would like to do quarterly "designer showcase" shirts for McCarthyism, where a designer kind of goes off and comes up with their own thing that may or may not have much to do with the label's "look" or whatever... If you want to design a future shirt, respond below!

If you would like to buy one of these, they are $10 postpaid, or $7 in person. To buy via paypal click the button above:

To buy via snail mail, send the funds to:

Josh Sisk
7209 25th Ave
Hyattsville, MD 20783-2752

Either way, specify orange or blue, or risk getting whichever I feel you would look best in. Current sizes range from YL-L. If you want a bigger one, respond below.

ORANGE. of course

what kind/brand are the shirts? and why not the classic logo face? just curious.

Fruit of the Loom for this first batch... I am going to get classic logo shirts as well, but I felt bad that I asked Matt to design a shirt and then I didn't use it for so long, so I made these first.

My friends in the Catalyst are making me classic logo shirts.

See, I embrace the orange so thoroughly that I already own far far too many orange shirts. I may have to get blue just because I don't think I own any of that particular shade. Yeah, blue in Medium. I'll hunt you down for it one of these days, shortly after I finally send Ben a picture of me so I can get a head, which should be shortly after I finish my grad school apps, which should be shortly after I finish my novel, which should be shortly after I cure cancer.

Where is the black one?
brandonr said at 7:04 PM 05-24-2005:
I just paid for mine. There was no place to select size and color. I want a blue one, I want it large. Don't send me a fucking medium, I'll send it right back. And it better be the fucking blue I see on my monitor and not some fucking crayon blue, or Ganesh forefend, Azure. Blue, mother-fucker, Blue.

jeremy [email] said at 9:44 AM 05-25-2005:
im torn.. i sort of want blue.. and i sort of want orange. i shall meditate on this.
scott [email] said at 10:53 AM 05-25-2005:
Hypothetically speakinng, if one were to pay $10, would one actually get a shirt this time? Or would one still be waiting a year later like with that mythical Killoggs shirt one 'bought'. Jive turkey.
josh [email] said at 11:15 AM 05-25-2005:
Do I owe you a Killoggs shirt? Why didn't you just grab one from the pile of shirts in the basement of the dirtfarm?
andrew [email] said at 11:18 AM 05-25-2005:
Yeah I think you owe me one too buddy.
scott [email] said at 11:20 AM 05-25-2005:
Yeah, remember I bought one before I moved out here and said 'just hold on to it since I'm coming out that way anyway.' I never saw them at the DF - I don't know why, the basement was so gracefully organized and all. Plus, I wouldn't have just taken one without asking if I did see them. No biggie. It's just as fun getting to bust your balls over it.
andrew [email] said at 11:14 AM 05-25-2005:
Do you have an XL orange shirt?
angie [email] said at 9:40 PM 05-27-2005:
i'll get one to support the broish.

all those sizes are too big for me though i shall wait until you carry teenier sizes
josh [email] said at 12:48 PM 06-06-2005:
unfortunately they wouldn't let me order half blue and half orange so these are all orange for now.

ill refund anyone who wanted a blue, if they dont want an orange.

also, these should be ready in 2 weeks.
josh [email] said at 4:43 PM 06-29-2005:
these should be here any day now unless the shirt place ripped me off...

Looks like it's time we begin investigating this "McCarthyism" company for fraud and misrepresentation.
