I think this is awesome. They've been planning it for years along with a revamped levee with sidwalks, benches and a bike path. Downtown Baton Rouge needs an influx of residents. Hopefully it will help downtown grow. A couple of my friends were looking into buying space there, but they've all been sold since like 3 years ago!
