I just cut about half of my hair off, due to chemical damage from the latest reddening. I am now cross between a 1920s look and mod. I miss my cute hair.
Farewell, ponytail! I will greet you and the extra 15 minutes of slumber you faithfully provided me with soon, and we will spend months of delicious sloth with one another when that fateful day finally arrives. In the meantime, I am pomade's bitch and I will be waking up at 6 AM instead of 6:15 AM.
I should really just cut it all off and see what my natural hair colour turns out to be. I haven't seen it in almost 10 years.
julie [email] said at 9:44 AM 08-13-2004: I felt the exact opposite about getting rid of my long hair. Finally, no more wasting time every day deciding how to wear it (braids, bun, pencil stick thru, etc), waiting for it to dry, brushing it, using up half a bottle of shampoo every time I washed it.
Don't be a slave to pomade; be its friend! Just go slightly shorter, and then you can rock the hottt tousled bed-head that takes exactly 1.5 seconds to style in the mornings.

amanda [email] said at 5:30 PM 08-13-2004: I sort of miss my insanely curly hair sometimes. It suddenly stopped being curly after the last time I cut my hair really short.
