"How in the fuck do you think he can help you, when he can't even stop his own brain from exploding! So much for being CLEAR(tm)." - neilbert, on L Ron Hubbard
The bottom floor of the house I am living in is opening up for rent in September, so if you are thinking of moving to here, this is a good opportunity.
4 Bedroom, 1 Bath apt with parking spaces available for $50 each
$2300 a month with an additional $2300 deposit
The house has a small backyard and a big roof that is cool to hang out on, plus upstairs neighbors that are really mellow, so you can be as loud as you want.
The place is in the heart of the mission district on York st near 24th. Down the street are plenty of shops and restaraunts. There is a 24hr safeway close by as well(although, I rarely find myself going there cause there is plenty of food within walking distance). There are also many bars nearby, in fact half a block away is Pops, a fun sleazy/hipster/dive/semi-dyke bar. The neighborhood itself is mostly working class latino families, with a few younger kids like myself thrown in. This is actually a good opportunity since the places here go for alot more, plus the landlords are really mellow. Feel free to e-mail me through Killoggs if you want contact info.

myriam [email] said at 1:57 PM 07-27-2004: I'm native. No frisco, ever. San Fran is okay but kinda dorky. Most people I know say SF. And carla, I love ya, but please, don't say cali.
loren [email] said at 4:33 PM 07-26-2004: I get yelled at by non natives when i say San Fran. Hell, i got snipped at by a Canadian who doesn't even live here for saying San Fran.
arnie [email] said at 4:35 PM 07-26-2004: Where does this happen? I can maybe imagine it hapening at a ball game, but that seems like more of a team pride issue.
Michael [ url ] said at 4:38 PM 07-26-2004: You're the Arnie I met with Mary right? Yeah your place is pretty cool. Any idea if there is a dog policy? I've been thinking about getting out of San Ho-zay and into the city. Mission is cool cuz its still a quick commute to Palo Alto. I'd need some roommates though.
arnie [email] said at 4:41 PM 07-26-2004: Yeah, that's me. You own James Brown, right? The landlord doesn't really mind, we have a mini pincher here in the top floor. Also, the commute is easy cause there is the 280 right by us.
Talk to Ben or Carla, I think they might want to move out here.
Michael [ url ] said at 5:24 PM 07-26-2004: Lemme know if you need a roommate when you do. I want to move up to the city but I don't think I'm ready to yet...
Michael [ url ] said at 1:50 PM 09-15-2004: Sorry to bring this post back up, but my living situation has changed and I need to move for Nov 1. I'm gonna go ahead and move into the city, anybody know of a good place or need roommates? I have a dog. Arnie, is your place downstairs still renting? Don't wanna create too much threadrot so if you know of something please email me at michael at knighten.net. thanks...
