"Monsters cannot be announced. One cannot say: 'here are our monsters', without immediately turning the monsters into pets." - Jacques Derrida, The States of Theory

marcia [email] said at 8:06 PM 03-29-2004: yeah, this really is a cool idea...though my music collection is somewhat sad, so sertain ones-like the the ealiest song i can remember listening to--which is one of the KISS songs, and i would play it over and over on the record player and do flips on the couch...I must have been around 3 or 4. maybe 5...
ed [email] said at 9:13 PM 03-29-2004: I'm actually counting on the fact that (being old) a lot of the songs that fit the criteria (as interpreted by me) are longer than your average 3:30 pop tune. So I won't be able to fit 20 songs on the disc. So the most difficult finds will be the ones that don't make the cut.
me said at 8:50 PM 03-30-2004: I would love to be part of all this, being a bad-ass-fan of music(any kind!), since you guys dont know me and neither do I, so i decided to give you out some of the songs here:
1. Hotel California - Eagles
2. Without You - Dirty Vegas
3. 14 shades of grey - Staind & No woman NO cry - Bob Marley
4. a foreign song "Sajnah - By Junoon" & Suga Suga - ?
rest laterz...have to leave!
