i was really late for work this morning.

i was cleaning cat hair off my shirt with clear packing tape and reno, my cat, kept trying to attack the tape. it was cute.

so i tore off a foot-long strip of it and wrapped it around his middle.

for some reason, i thought he would enjoy this.

he looked at me for a second, confused, and then bolted.

for some reason, i thought the tape wouldn't stick to him. it did. i hope tearing it off didn't hurt too badly - he took it like a champ - because from now on i'm going to do my cat hair removal direct from the source.

i gave him some treats and a head rub, said "don't tell daddy" and then ran out the door to work. he was purring and happy.
