i have moved finally and permanently out of baton rouge. it is only in with my parents in mississippi because i have no job; but it is a first step. so the baton rouge population of killoggers dwindles even further...

Baton Rouge is a city designed for cars, not people.

If I were to take up terrorism, my sole mission in life would be to blow up roads. Especially interstates. Light rail everywhere!

Even grosser than cars. Light rail is where it's at. But that requires good land planning (mixed use, dense), and "land planning" is not in any of the dictionaries in Baton Rouge.

horses actually would cause much more polution and traffic congestion than cars if everyone were to switch back to them. plus fuel shortages would increase to an insane point...

When cars were invented people thought they were going to be the solution to all the pollution caused by horses. We just got a new kind of pollution.
