bad stuff:
back at work. oh, how i miss my days off.
my roof still leaks!!! this is actually not accurate- it has been fixed, then started leaking again several times.
i dented in my lower fender on whatever you call one of those parking blocks, thinking there were just lines in the lot. oops, there were blocks also.
weird stuff:
someone stole my cart (or mistakenly took it) at Ikea and apparently bought it, leaving me having to replicate 1.5 hours of shopping - who buys someone else's stuff?
a neighbor moved out and left a box of free stuff downstairs... not that weird except it was all stuff FROM HIS FRIDGE. abby noticed this, i didn't. it had been there 3 days by then.
good stuff:
today i got asked to contribute to a magazine and also an art show
i started looking for job openings either near me or on the marc line (and paying more) in dc. things look pretty promising!
financially, things have been up lately. i'm saving more money than i have since i tripled my rent by moving into a two bedroom by myself.
related to that, studio lighting setup should be in my grubby paws soon.
i got to spend almost a week home with my family.
i am reading way more.
my friends and girlfriend are still all awesome.
relaxing for almost a week and a half allowed me to reduce my stress level and also nest alot - i have lots of new containers and shelves.
hmmm stuff.
we are talking about kicking alticon into high gear, so i might want to just stick with my current job where i know i won't be so burnt i can't work on that stuff, in the hopes we can actually be profitable enough to do that full-time.
spending time with my family makes me miss them more.
