Anyone need a room in Baltimore?

instructions posted this on October 2nd, 2006 @ 9:31:35 am
only $400 a month. (plus about 80 a mo in util/cable)

live w/ me and marye (a professional chill person in her late 20's who works for medicare and loves the steelers) and Potato (a 4 year old pit/boxer mix who enjoys fetch and crawling on your lap) in a big ol corner rowhouse in the heart of baltimore. Unfinished basement, huge exposed brick kitchen, lots of room, Hardwood floors.

You get: a decent sized room (can fit a full sized bed.) with your own personal walk-in closet. You have to share a bathroom with one other person.

You can: have a cat (The dog used to live with a cat and if needed be, will be crated during the day, altho to be honest I'm not 100% sure about it) drink, smoke cigarettes(outside), do other stuff thats not that sketchy, have band downstairs in the basement (unfinished, lots of junk but I'm slowly moving that shit out)

lease runs till next june. you won't be on it.

help me out guys... we paid october's rent so we got a month.
