boo hoo

I dyed my hair last night.
It is almost black, I hate it.

Oh well at least I can stop dying it for the rest of the summer, and be bored whenever I look in the mirror.

look guys i made something!

hey guys! i went to the renegade craft fair last weekend and i got to meet some awesome killoggers like nathan and evan and michelle, and i saw kiche and had a table with ben and cam. it was super hot and a lot of fun. my book actually did really well and people were really excited. i was interviewed on this web radio show thing and apparently the guy had a lot of nice things to say but i didn't listen to it because i don't want to be embarassed if i think i sound stupid. this was a great experience and i am definitely going to do another book in time for crafty bastards this year. i think my first project is going to be a comic based on notorious b.i.g.'s JUICY. drawings of what i used to think the lyrics were before the wonders of the internet/lyrics websites.

there are a bunch of the coloring book left over (like probably 50 but i have about 30 of them) and i want to make them available to my killoggs friends (thanks for the suggestion josh!). basically they are $5 for a book and a pin (the same likeness of pryor that is on the cover, just a close up of his upper body) shipped. if you want to buy 5+ books they are 2$ each plus $1 for shipping (so if you wanted 5 books it would be $11 and i'd throw some pins in for good measure). the books are 10 pages/10 coloring pages fyi. paypal to ericawaldorf at gmail dot com. just include your address and what you want in the message and i will try to send them out today or tomorrow.

Bonus!

So I mentioned Blingo the other day. I read about it in one of my technerd magazines, and went and checked it out. If you use their portal (they license Google's content for the results) while doing searches, you might win stuff. Only your first 10 or so searches count each day, but you can win iPods, gift cards, movie tickets, and iTunes gift certificates. So I signed up (you don't have to to win, but I did anyway). And today, I won a movie ticket. Woohoo!

Then, Ghana beat the US, 2-1 in the world cup. Last time I refilled my balance at allofmp3, they had a deal going where you picked a world cup game and predict the outcome correctly, you get bonus credit. Predicting the winner gets you 10%. Picking the winner and right score gets you 50%. Guess who picked Ghana over the US, 2-1? That's $7.50 worth of mp3s, man!

Nursing Home Residents Act Out

Thu Jun 22, 2006 2:28pm ET173
Indianapolis, IN (Reuters): Authorities were alerted to abuse of residents at an Indianpolis nursing home. Nurse attendant Ed Horutter is being held on charges of false imprisonment, assault, and extortion. The accused is charged with the heinous act of putting peanut butter on the dentures of those under his care, arranging them into various formations, and secretly videotaping them. He would then take the tapes, and dub voices into them. It was only after he started using costumes on his disabled patients that he was caught when a janitor noticed an unnamed elderly man dressed up as Dr. Frank-N-Furter from the cult classic "Rocky Horror Picture Show". Such titles found in Ed Horutter's sadistic video's included "Back to the Future III", "Ernest Goes to Camp", and various versions of a Toyota commercial from 1989. Trial date is set for August 3rd of this year.

Okay, hear me out....

I was thinking today that I really love running. Just running around and listening to music. Not really thinking about how many hours I run for or how long I run or where I go.

And I was thinking ... how could I make money doing this?

So, could I maybe sell ad space on my shirt or something and market myself as some kind of moving advertisement? I could run around a certain area for a certain amount of time and charge accordingly.

There's so much money in advertising. I just want my piece of the pie, y'all.
