My mom sent me the following pictures. As most of you are no doubt aware, anyone docking boats in Mississippi or Louisiana have since had to relocate them. Boats generally carry the city and state of their registration underneath the name anyway. My parents relocated to Florida as did this person docked next to them:



On a completely unrelated note, I got on the bus yesterday, sat down and was face to face with this:



I believe someone was moving and decided to use the bus? So many thoughts were running through my head. How could you end up so broke and destitute that the bus was the only way to move THIS MUCH SHIT? And you have no friends with any sort of vehicle to help you out? You can't even pay $25 for one of those little Uhaul in-city thingys? The bus driver was kind of grumpy. I wondered what the HELL they could have said to him to convince him to let them carry this shit on the bus AND take up one of the handicapped spaces. Is that even legal? So of course, I took pictures.



This first one didn't come out so good, so I took the other one. My first reaction was, "Man, I hope whoever this is doesn't get off before me because I'll be sitting here forever." My second was, "But if they do get off before me, I'll get to see who the hell it is."

I seriously couldn't think of anything more terrible than trying to use the Lincoln bus to move your shit.
