...if I ain't go no money, how is that every year I owe taxes and never get a refund? I am broke. If I'm literally living check to check how is it that I somehow still have to pay the gubment money every April? Yeah, yeah I know I probably spend money too liberally on things I don't really need but doesn't everybody? I don't even have credit cards! I can barely pay my bills, barely pay my rent, never get a full tank of gas, can hardly buy groceries. I've had to get extra income from (perfectly legal) alternative sources and even then it's just enough to get by.

Something has to change, I don't know anything about how this stuff works but it seems to me I must be doing SOMEthing wrong.
