The Ice Cream store and him: Two worlds one goal

He's going to the ice cream store he wants to take you with him. Hurry up and go home. How bout' a little paint? Gimme my jollies you jerk! Well it's not here, cuz it's sleeping with you. I've been robbed. There's no robbers in our town. {curious music} What's the helmet for? Oh, a girlfriend of mine used to babysit him, and she said bring a helmet.{buzzing sounds}{screaming}{curious music}
Uh-Oh! Taste's funny...tastes like paint...and wood. I'll make some sandwiches.
{curious music} One day when you grow up you'll realize that any malel train can do anything. I know he's been fooling around with paint and I'm going to prove it. Ding-Dong. {silence} damn kids. {curious music} Owww...That's it ! I got him this time, dang I got him. I didn't mean to kill him. Oh well, he was only a boy.

I want to make a Kung-Fu film...

where I fight a class full of 1st graders, like a kung fu movie...

they could swarm over me and drown me, and then I could bust out...

also I want to grab one by the feet, then spin around and hit ones in a circle...

I think it'd be fun....

yuki!

so, my sister breckany was here for new years, and it snowed, both while we were travelling and back here in lovely mishima. this is rare, in this part of japan, at least, so it was rad.

we pedalled all over kyoto and stayed in a ghettoland hostel on the edge of the emperial palace. we got lost and i got pissed and punched my crap-o rental bike and and my thumb turned blue.

we went to a public bath with a tub that had electricity flowing through it... painful and weird. i made it 20 seconds before my survival instinct kicked in and i fled to the nice hot safe one outside.

we laughed until sake came out of our noses and stole things after getting drunk and pounding the new years bell at the temple.

i have oodles of pictures to post but i am a lazy fucker so i'll do it this weekend.

breck is drinking coffee that comes hot out of the vending machine. also radical, and on the list of things i will crave when i get stateside again.

cold medicine ho!

I was walking to Rite Aid last night and I saw my neighbor, Vanessa, begging for money on the corner. "Hey man, you got 50 cents?" she asked some guy.
I was going to Rite Aid to get Jujubes. JUJUBES I eat them all the time now.
When I came out of Rite Aid I saw Vanessa and she was like "Excuse me maam.." and I looked at her and she recognized me, and was like "girl, how you doin?" I was like "I'm good, whats up," and she said "do you know what time it is?"
"No I don't," I replied... "I think its like 10:30?"
Oh Vanessa.

I came in to work late today so that I could sleep off some of this cold.
I woke up finally, and took some sudafed and ate a slice of pizza and drank Abby's can of Sprite from the fridge.

Last night this guy called me and was like "I know this guy who saw your pictures and he wants you on his website.."
I think he said the site was something about fat asses or fat girls and that made me sad.
I told him I don't really do hardcore pictures or anything, and he was like "It coould be good money, you could get like $250 an hour to do some videos." and I just humored him because I wanted to go back to sleep. "Okay just send me the information or whatever. Talk to you later ok."
Leave it to the porn industry to remind me that I'm fat, just when I was feeling alright about myself.

My fingernails have a lot of dirt under them today for some reason. I haven't showered in awhile.

Everyone at work has been yelling at me. I still need to find a new job but I'm so scared.

Continuity Flaw between Hannibal and Silence...

Of the Lambs...

the movies ONLY

In Silence of the Lambs, Lecter sends Clarice to Your Self Storage to look at an old patient of his that was killed by serial killer, Buffalo Bill, that patient's name... Benjamin Raspail.
In Hannibal, Graham, recounts the story for Lecter killing a member of the BSO to improve the sound, that man's name... Benjamin Raspail.

Also, In SOTL, Lecter says he ate a census takers liver with some farva beans and a nice chianti, In Hannibal, the claim was he did that to Raspail...

Goddamn, I have a lotta shit.

Today I started feeling a little better. After martial arts, I took a long hot bath, made a hot toddy and decided to start cleaning up around here. Our damn Christmas tree is still up for pete's sake.

So I drag the Christmas boxes upstairs and start on that area of the room. There's a shelf next to the door. It serves both as a place for my many binders and magazines to be neatly stored and a place for us to throw the mail when it comes in. Most of the mail is for me. I went through it, paid the bills that needed to be paid, donated to the animal charities that I couldn't refuse, filed what needed to be filed and threw away the rest.

All that was left on top of the shelf ... was an empty three-ring binder.

I had brought that binder home to put some old scripts in. I never throw scripts away. Unless I have duplicates, what's the point? I might be able to get a monologue out of there someday. Anyway, so I start pulling shit off that shelf and going through it.

My God.

You all know I am organized. I like to put things in neat places. Categorize them. File them away. Yes. Established.

So I start going through these binders. I have shit from every play I've ever been in. Notes. Original drafts. All kinds of bullshit. I start throwing some of it away, keeping only the essentials. The shorter scripts I put in one binder together. (With dividers, of course.) I have shit from when I used to stage manage. That I didn't go through. That will have to wait for another time. I wasn't able to throw it away for some reason. Damn, I was an organized stage manager. I won't do it again though. Although that's one thing I could really make money at. I'm too emotional.

There was this binder from my technical theatre class in college. (I remember I used to have to put my rollerblades on in the last five minutes of class and skate as fast as I could to KLSU to make it to my shift on time.) It was one of those courses that only five people took because most people were intimidated by the instructor. I aced it and it was hard. I kept all my notes. I used to know all about fresnels and ellipticals. I used to know what angle they should be hung at. I used to know how to make a transformer. I used to know all about flies and braces. I actually edited tape the old fashioned way. By cutting and splicing. I remember why I kept this binder. I remember thinking I should review all this stuff. Keep it in my head. It will be good stuff to know. I tossed it all. I read through my papers first (my instructor missed all of my spelling/grammatical errors that stand out to me now, but caught anything tech related) just for ... nostalgic purposes I guess. Then I tossed it. I'm an actor now. I have enough going on just keeping up with that.

It's so weird. That was only five years ago. All of this stuff was so important five years ago. I would never have imagined I would be here in five years. I wonder where I'll be in 2011.

Time for hot toddy number two.
