a little help here...

So i'm supposed to be having a birthday party show in NYC on Nov. 20th. A few friends bands are supposed to play (Sinaloa, Puppies, Mike Law, Birthday Boyz) and it should be an awesome time. Problem is... no venue. the place I was going to have it fell through. I'd LOVE to have it at a loft or on a rooftop, something more friendly and chill than a bar or club, but i'll take what I can get. Can anyone help a brutha out!?
