I have wanted headphones like this for YEARS, and now here they are. Why am I hesitating to buy them? Do any of you have them yet, or own anything similar? There have been so many times where I hold my hands over my ears for the "good parts" of songs. I also have long gotten over the desire for keeping around a pair of good bulky sony headphones with the curly cord. I want minimal, in my ear, outside sound cancelling bliss! Especially for the airplane, and especially to make the bass in my music even more intense.
what do i have in my ears right now...oh sony. man, even if i cover my ears up, the bass isn't that great. but 100 bucks for a little pair of earphones, what if they break, get lost? i have like four pairs of these cheap earphones hanging around my room. i just pick them up and go. maybe that's just me. of course i would be super careful with these nice earphones, but tiny and expensive, i just hate that combination. i just imagine this hammer coming down...SMASH! or my shoe crunching down, and that's it. nobody's perfect.
