I thought I would never recover when Sirius died, but now...I cried myself to sleep.

This morning I debated tossing my camera into my bag, and then I shrugged off the idea.
I do intend to capture video and photo vignettes of the city, but today didn't feel like the day to begin toting the thing around.
I took a walk at lunch and saw a black man pushing a shopping cart that had cardboard signs taped to all sides. The signs had paragraphs written on them. I could only make out the phrase "NIGGERS KILLED MY FAMILY", and so I tried to walk along and read the wholeI tried to read more. I could only approximately make out two of the cardboard panels.
The first said "NIGGERS KILLED MY FAMILY NEED MONEY TO RECRUIT FOR THE KU KLUX CLAN"
The sign below it said, I believe "NINJAS KILLED MY FAMILY NEED MONEY TO LEARN KUNG FU"
