There is not enough coffee in the world to get me through this day.
In the next 6 hours I have to proof read all of our fall math tests:
Kindergarten
First Grade
Second Grade
Third Grade
Fourth Grade
Fifth Grade
Sixth Grade
Seventh Grade
Pre-Algebra
Algebra A
Algebra B
Algebra 1
Geometry
Intermediate Algebra
Advanced Algebra/Trigonometry
Math Analysis
This means comparing the tests to the master item banks for accuracy, reviewing all the layout and copy specs, and
actually taking the tests myself.
Or pretending to, in the case of the last 3 on the list.
It's probably the most intense and powerful part of my job--I'm the last line of review before these things go out to every kid in our district. It's a frightening kind of responsibility, sometimes.
And speaking of frightening kinds of responsibility, tonight if my eyes are not bleeding I will go see General Tommy Franks talk about, I dunno, stuff.
