Bored at work

I'm thinking about making a letter a day and taking quality images that can be easily photoshopped into a program that accepts text and will generate a letter made from orange peels.
Valentines day is close, but I might write a love letter this way... hmm

best spam ever

From different accounts, I received modified images that were to be found on my website (which also links to my email address). an initelligent bot could pick up pictures from my website, modify them and send them as attachments to me.
Or I have someone who loves playing practical jokes on me. Either way I have no idea who it is but the images ROCK.
My only inclination that it isn't an intelligent spam bot is that the file names are megaman.jpg and ninga2.jpg.... why ninja2? Perhaps the actual person behind this made 2 ninjas.
But why would I receive this from 2 different email addresses.
The only text in the emails was from the free email service they used to send it linking to their site:

MTV3 Laajakaista - Hauskemman elämän puolesta.

Is that swedish?

Update from SB on the WC

I'm now working for a company that does real estate listings with virtual tours called Monticito Marketing. They run http://www.sbphototours.com and http://www.phototours.com.

I'm their main programmer now, working on the flash and ASP backend to create the tours. Its actually getting pretty slick. I just made this one of my girlfriend, who comes from the wonderful world of LA. She is there now, training to become a pilates instructor, while I am here in the office programming. We just got off the phone and I promised her I'd make a phototour of her, so her friends could see the pics. Thought I should put her here, for all those movie scouts that check killoggs constantly, and for Josh, who will immediately know how he could have made this better =)

View it in any of the following ways: (YMMV)

Jello eating competition with roomate's girlfriend last night. You simply _have_ to have one of these. Too hard to stop yourself from laughing because the noises that come out of you are hillarious.
*slurp slurp*
on another note, does anyone know about the vailidy of voting online to such things as this?

killoggs as a yearbook?

I'm in a business plan competition at UCSB, the winner gets 10k.
I'm 1 of 9 people who's executive summary was accepted to go into the final round. My business is creating online yearbooks by creating communities like killoggs, where online content would end up making it into the physical yearbook as well as just being searchable and integrated in the future. Would all you KLers like to have had such a service when you were in HS? I want to submit the best bplan I can and would love any input you guys can give. I'm beginning work on the full plan now.

company parties

Amazingly beautiful resort in Santa Barbara, small room w/bar and dance floor.
I drank 3 glasses of kalua and cream, so yummy in addition to the thick mousse cake.
One of my coworkers dressed as an elf and VP dressed as Mrs. Clause, giving out gifts for the raffle. The elf and santa were drunk and cracking jokes on the mike as they impersonated people in the company and handed out the raffle prizes as everyone ate dessert. Bob Dick, a guy who used to be a safety regulator for transportation of nuclear weapons, did a hillarious one-act slightly making fun of the company (resource scheduling defense contractors) by playing the role of a suit salesman selling an "optimized" suit that is too long, too wide at the knees, and large in the rear, because 90% of the time the wearer will be sitting. Seeing him walking around stage in funny ways to compensate for the suit's strange measurements was hillarious. The two CPAs got oversized get out of jail free cards. My boss got a toy SUV because he got a misdemeaner for shooting paintguns on school property (considered a firearm and BIG trouble) and always has difficulty renting cars for the company. Dancefloor was very fun, hadn't danced with coworkers before. Our dates were gorgeous (read: HOT), and so was the daughter of Lena Garcia, one of the company's PHDs, and they were all incredibly skilled dancers. I'm sure I embarrased myself by doing a handstand on the front of the stage at the start of YMCA; it was all about embarrasing yourself at this party, I swear. Are all company parties are like that?
