Friday, Diplo played at Sonar with Dan Deacon and DD/MM/YY (and Emily Rabbit from BBC, Ari Goldman/AFP from Nightmoves)... it was AWESOME. People, as always, flipped the hell out for Dan, and Diplo made the whole place dance like crazy. Check out the whole set here.

    yeah he is alot of fun live, and everyone really gets into it. it's kind of crazy how much people get into it, though. people are INTO ITTTTTT and sometimes kind of scary!

Dan Deacon gives my life meaning. Check out the Dan Deacon pitchfork performances on Youtube - people are nuts about him. Dan Deacon is the Chris Carraba of whatever it is he's doing... electropop?

I have yet to ever hear a Dan Deacon song. It's interesting to me because I'll find myself at things of this ilk from time to time, and I listen to almost none of it, although they're generally more fun than your average show of standing around, arms folded.
