    Honestly it´s mostly skin with some bits of meat. It´s gotta be high in fat cuz it tasted kinda like greasy bacon. I was getting richness overload about halfway in. The meat was kind of smokey and gamey, like a roast duck or something. Very strong.

    But the ceviches are amazing and tonight I´ll be seeking out an alpaca tenderloin! Also, the Pisco Sour is a really great drink.
