who else has a caffeine addiction?

i woke up with a pounding headache that was also manifesting itself with intense eye pain...

took advil, nothing.

drank an iced coffee, i feel fine.

damn it. i am an addict!

I drink like a pot a day:

wake up, brew 1/2 a pot, drink usually 2 cups (over lots of ice)

go to work, drink more coffee since its free. once again, I drink it over ice.

go home, make one more iced coffee, then sometimes when I'm out walking potato I stop by red emmas and get another iced coffee.

I try not to drink coffee past 7pm tho

Don't drink as much as I used to but I also haven't been working as early nor have I been writing as much as I was a few months ago. The two go hand in hand for me.

By the way McDonald's (of all places) has some bangin' iced coffee and you can get it in ridiculously large sizes for cheap.

when i'm teaching and going to grad school i go through a 2 liter of diet pepsi with lime a day. i carry the 2L with me and just keep refreshing my ice in the cafeteria or random other places that will give me free ice on campus. Without a constant supply I just cannot handle the endless drama of emotionally behaviorally disturbed children/aka any teenagers. I just tried the new Diet Pepsi MAX and it has so much caffeine it will make you want to puke. Not for gulping all day. Its like a really big Red Bull. I am an addict. The kids laugh at me because they are all addicts too and I won't give them any of my sauce.

I've been weaning myself, so I don't get the headaches between the eyes like I used to. I drink a lot more water now, at least 2 liters a day. The bad thing is, now that I don't drink much Diet Coke, when I DO have one I have to pee like ten times after I drink it. That never used to happen.

I generally drink 3-4 espresso a day as well as 1-2 coca cola 12oz bottles and 1 Monster energy drink.

Pretty sure I am an addict too. I got really sick a couple weekends ago and it revolved around a splitting, nearly blinding headache (hadn't had caffeine that whole day).

The headache continued into the next day and only ceased until I drank an espresso drink.
