They're packing their bags and picking out sunglasses at this very moment. thanks to everyone who sent money on time. if you didn't pay in time, but told me you were definitely coming, I paid for you and you can just pay me back when you get here.
if you still want to come over on sunday, but not eat crawfish, you are welcome to come. bring stuff to grill if you like. and beer. also planning on setting up a projection screen in the yard. wii wii wii.

kara [email] said at 11:26 AM 06-25-2007: I wrote a long one then accidentally deleted it.
It was a beautiful day.
Abby walked a crawfish around on a leash. We named him Clausen, after a lobster on Strangers With Candy.
We mareveled at some crawfish who were crawling around in the cooler and raising their claws to challenge us.
Lots and lots of delicious food was consumed. Batch after batch of crawfish. Sweet and spicy corn and potatoes.
Lots of friends and friendly strangers.
Cold beers.
A really homey relaxed feeling, like just for a few hours everything was how it always should be.
