In the wiki article, it says "It is unusual for people to seek therapy for NPD. Subconscious fears of exposure of inadequacy are often met with defensive disdain of therapeutic processes." Sounds like people with NPD are too scared to admit fault, which you're not. You're probably just moderately narcissistic.
