Just kidding. It's gonna go on the market for $349,000, but I'm so fucking unmotivated and I'm too lazy to paint. I'd gladly knock off some dough if y'all wanted to buy this. Either way, I'm getting my money.

    In San Francisco, the average cost of a house is over seven hundred thousand dollars. I believe the appreciation is typically about fourteen percent out there as well. Given that the salary of the average San Franciscan is about seventy thousand dollars a year, one earns more just having their house appreciate than actually working the average job.
