Just send it to us with a Form VA application and the $30 filing fee. No one can lawfully use your photo of your sighting, although someone else may file his own photo of his sighting. Copyright law protects the original photograph, not the subject of the photograph. "

WHAT!? this has to have been snuck in by the programmer or something.

Whenever I hear those commercials on the radio it pisses me off because they explicitly say "Your star name will be included in our registry and sent to the US Copyright office" implying that the star name is therefore official which is complete bunk.
