Postcards, buttons, stickers. yum yum yum.

Hey. Does anyone know where the cheapest place to get postcards printed is? I want to get 5 different designs made, but I want around 1000 cards total so that I can make the 5 different designs into 200 postcard sets. I'd tell you the idea I have for them, but I'm afraid someone will steal it if I post it. I tend to be lazy about this sort of thing anyway. I'm willing to spend about $200 to get the postcards printed. Anyone got links for me? II'll send a hand drawn postcard to whoever can find and post the cheapest place cos I don't feel like looking for one. Actually, same with buttons and stickers. I'll send a postcard to whoever can post the cheapest place for those too cos I'd rather be drawing someone a postcard than searching google all day...

i don't know of any online places.

do you want them full color or just black and white?

i know of two print shops in virginia, one i used to work at, that you might be able to get a deal at.

All I know is that it's pretty damn expensive because I wanted to do that sometime last year.

www.busybeaver.net is a great place for buttons and rubber stamps.

stickerguy is the cheapest place for stickers, but www.contagiousgraphics.com has a faster turnaround.

1-800-postcards or something similar is probably the cheapest place for post cards.

I'll ask talice. She should actually have an idea, since that crew sends out postcards every semester.. It's a good idea. The thing I wanna do is get really cheap temp. tattoos at the same place the Ceramics dept. here got theirs.. And I wanna get patches from the guy that Sara Varon got hers made with. And...

I got one of Mikey's temp. tattoos last semester. It was very cool.

      Yeah her stuff is radical..

Talice says the kids in art school here use Modern Postcard for their stuff. It's like 95$ for 500.. I think they do pretty good work, but I'm not sure if they're the cheapest of all possibilities.
zack [email] said at 3:41 AM 02-25-2002:
Ok, Sara Varon got in contact with me and she gave me
    the Patch guy's address
. She also highly recommends him even though he has "the ugliest website ever" and says he's cheap and reliable, the quality is good and she's gotten 3 different patches from him.. So there you go. I think I will make some soon.

For Buttons: http://www.badgebrigade.com this guy is just cool (and a friend of mine...but since you don't know me I guess that does not really matter)

For Stickers: http://www.stickerguy.com/

They are both great DIY businesses.

Pretty lame that you searched for your competitors name and then spammed people's blogs.

No, you didnt spam in 2002 dumbass, you did that like a month ago.
You might not be a loser, but you are a rude asshole, that's all.
take care I hope your company is doing really well with your brilliant marketing tactics.
craig [email] said at 1:44 PM 02-19-2004:
You call someone else a rude asshole, yet you go out of your way to send them a very rude e-mail.

It's just ugly and seems uncalled for even if he did "spam" Killoggs.
kara [email] said at 1:50 PM 02-19-2004:
            I'll stab you.
Anyway, its not a rude email from you so who cares. Is he your friend?
