    I never did any work in color when I was at LSU. I didn't start drawing in color until after I graduated.

    I never received a lot of formal color training. Most of my knowledge comes from observation and experimentation. I like acidic colors. I also like carnivalesque colors, and that is what I try to use.

    In this particular drawing, I made the girls head a different color mainly out of intuition. I guess I wanted to draw the viewer's eye up there and first and perhaps divert some attention away from her nether regions.

    I like green and blue skin. Mmmm...yum!
