Theoretically.

A guy did this using the superNES gameboy adapter. He put the camera in the SNES via the adapter, then had the TV hooked to his computer, with a capture card hooked to that.

it doesn't. you have to print to the computer and trick it. I think the images are BMPs, after you get them.

If you can find one for sale new, $5. They are getting hard to find, though. $20 on ebay.
