here’s the old news:
sold three paintings
submitted proposals for murals; none were chosen
went skiing for the first time; no permanent damage; got to the bottom once without falling
snowed in the city several times
made a new friend
went out on a girl’s night; required pepto bismol throughout
concluded (again) that i like going out more in theory than in practice
visited by weezie; inspired
went to bill’s 85th birthday
became a model in a fashion show with multiple extremely thin tall 15 year olds; fashion show set in junkyard full of hobos when naked aliens land; hobos teach aliens about fashion; helped build alien costumes;wound up on the local tv morning show; dress with metal patches which cut my upper arms and paper patches which continuously ripped, tore completely in half minutes before i was due on stage; safety pins saved the day
got the flu
got a job which might turn permanent;mixed feelings but bills getting paid
spring is approaching forcing me to face agoraphobia since crappy weather is no longer an excuse not to leave the house
must do taxes
xmeredithx [email] said at 5:12 PM 04-08-2002: weird, as i was posting that i was wondering if that would be possible [agora. and claustro.]. i guess it is.
shelly [email] said at 7:40 PM 04-09-2002: how bizarre that i could not find a single google listing for this. once the spiders find it, killoggs will become the only place on the net with information for people afraid of doorways.
schuyler said at 10:07 PM 04-09-2002: animals get it: dogs, horses. I found a couplereferences to it after searching under "fear of doorways," but they don't use the proper term.
shelly [email] said at 7:17 PM 04-08-2002: google lists a peopm about a man who is both agoraphobic and claustrophobic and is only comfortable in a 7' x 9' room. unfortunately i can't find the poem.

Fussy Electrons An electron is sure hard to please.
When spread out, it sometimes will freeze.
Though agoraphobic,
It's still claustrophobic,
And runs off when put in a squeeze.
