I don't know why I chose that as a title cuz this post is not really that serious. Anyway, I'm just gon' cut to the chase. I need a place to live by July. Me and my roommates are essentially being bought out due to numerous conflicts with our douchebag landlord and probably are even bigger douchebag yuppie neighbors.

So if anyone has any leads on anything in the DC area that's reasonably priced holla at me. I'd prefer to stay inside DC city limits but if there's a situation that is absolutely rock n roll that's juuuuust outside the city then I just may have to get all up on that.
