The Psychological Corporation. That's where I'm stationed. And everything is true about temping. I'm making contacts, new friends and getting clues into other job opportunities. The job only uses temp work. No one's full time, so everyone is sharing nuggets of information. I got my identification card with the bar code and lanyard today. The building is huge, clean and the people are all intelligent and cool.
I couldn'tve asked for a better set of circumstances.
The future in-laws are coming in from Miami this weekend. And although they move around way to much for people their age, I look forward to it. They're fun.
My appointment today was fruitful. My airway passage is abnormally small, about the size of a straw. I need to have surgery in June to extend my chin and pare down a bone in my throat. I'll write more about it later, but the condition I have needs to be remedied. And the benefits for doing so will change almost every aspect of my life. Mostly my memory, my mood, my concentration and my alertness.
I'm gald I could share all of this with you. If I can say anything, it's this: if you snore loud, get it checked out. That shit affects you as a person, as a whole. I ran through the list of problems apnea causes and it hits a lot of stuff most people aren't aware of.
