I can't think of any constant fuck-ups on any job I've had, but I've made the constant mistake of setting my alarm for pm instead of am several times. That usually cuts into my work time, but gratefully I work at a very laid-back place that's not so concerned with when I come in as long as I get everything done. Just yesterday, I woke up an hour and a half later than the time I should have started work, and now there's a note in front of my alarm clock that says, "AM, fucktard."
