Spanish Moon people and Baton Rouge scenesters in general are notorious about tracking down random web comments like this and exploding at them in full-on rants. I'm willing to bet money that within 6 months - through self-googling - this will attract the attention of him or someone else and they will post something angry here. I'll buy you lunch in February if it hasn't happened by then.
milky [email] said at 10:59 AM 05-31-2005: of course.
But I didn't say FW, did I? that seems to be the trigger, 8 years later, people ego googling with black hair dye dripping down, balding head, gut in tow, legions of illegitimate kids, women with the same tats...et al
I'ma take you up on lunch. By that time, if I add all the drinks you owe me up, I can probably be 40% over the legal limit by 1:00 sharp.
brandon [email] said at 11:05 AM 05-31-2005: Cool. If you behave I'll let you rub my belly and ogle my tattoos while I show you wallet-shots of my illegitimate kids.

I had that song stuck in my head ALL! OF! YESTERDAY!
BTW, a friend of mine has an extra ticket for the DC Spoon show Friday at the 9:30. I'd buy it myself, but I'll be stuck at work. (Is scalp-assisting frowned on here at Killoggs? hope not...)
brandon [email] said at 3:58 AM 06-01-2005: This was a good show. The opening act's next venue is either the Bronze or the Peach Pit. But Spoon delivered the goods. I went with this friend who pointed out that there are some definite Squeeze influences working there. I'd never heard it before, but, after he said it, it totally made sense.
