I'm not sure what an outcome is either, but, considering that a family of four on my meagre plan currently costs around $400 a month to insure, I can't imagine what a punitive "outcomes" is that they'd like to foist on us, break an arm and then refuse treatment? Insurance re-education camps? forced exposure to looped campaign speeches?

She talks like a know-it-all kindergarten teacher addressing a slow class whose parents used to pick on her in high school. But she only takes the job, because she can't stand being home, alone, in her empty flat.
She speaks as if she believes Hillary embodies the kind of movement you don't flush.
Hillary's campaign has not understood that campaigns are about promises, not planning. When you say shit that implies that "if elected we're going to impose single-payer, universal coverage, and if you're not onboard, you'll be punished" (1) you sound like a fucking paternalistic twat (2) people won't vote for your candidate.
