I like the place I work, but my VP thinks my position is worthless. All of the stuff they've been wanting me to do , they've recently outsourced. I make no money doing what I do, my friend that had the same position as me made $5k more than me 5 years ago. It's pretty disheartening looking for a new job as I can't seem to find ANYTHING in the Baltimore area.
