today i was driving behind this guy on a motorcycle.

the back of his jacket said that he was in the "hammer and _____" motorcycle club. i wish i could remember the other word.

his jacket said he was the club president.

it also proclaimed his name to be "COCK DIESEL"

It was likely Brothers of the Hammer Motorcycle Club. I've seen them gathered in Anacostia Park a couple times.
