It was immediately followed by an IM convo which is long and thus will be posted in the reponses. The slightly insane-looking guy hanging over the Commando Nanny's right shoulder is a guy I had a HUGE crush on when I went to school in Exeter. But he didn't date because he needed to work hard and stuff to become a successful actor.

it's on some sitcom with Alec Baldwin currently!

or did I dream that? the sitcom sucked, but the stair was sympathetic, a welcoming, heart-warming background presence. I think the stair was better than Alec.

The stair is such a versatile actor. I think that's why it gets so many jobs. It works so well with a variety of different people in many different settings. Although I've heard that Stair is annoyed at being 'pidgeon-holed' as 'part of a family'. Stair wants to break out and do a Friends-like sitcom, but offers aren't forthcoming.

Would you be happy if the Cosbys came back? :-) It was pretty funny. And it did feature the Staircase.

I am actually more tired of reality shows than sit coms. I used to say I couldn't wait for them to die, but I think they're probably going to stick around unfortunately.
