I first found these while researching for my tax comic...

BUT JOSH, IT'S NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION THAT WE HAVE TO FUND THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS!

    Heh.

You know, the British don't even HAVE a written constitution. I wonder how they manage to ever accomplish anything, without official documentation dictating their every action and such?

I would love to see an equivalent of Prime Minister's Question Time here. Somehow I think it helps diffuse tension between the parties, even if it is confrontational by its very nature.

how can anyone, ANYONE, believe that a state as poor as mississippi be able to do emergency management for a catastrophe like this?

do wingnuts not reallize that red states are the states that are on federal welfare and it's blue states that pay to keep up their right wing fantasylands?

when some one says they are a republican, a conservative, a right winger or a bush voter it is the same thing as saying they are a welfare cheat.

hey...hey now...my salary depends on one of those bar graphs, so let's not complain too much here...ok?
myriam [email] said at 8:22 AM 09-08-2005:
What is the "Office of Personnel Management"? Anyone know? It's pretty high up there.
josh [email] said at 9:53 AM 09-08-2005:
It sounds like the government's HR office.
myriam [email] said at 10:06 AM 09-08-2005:
Yeah it is... I wonder if that includes payroll for all federal employees? It must, to be so high. Or at least I hope it does.
