After PowerShot finally bit it as a result of too much drunken photographing, I have coasted for a year with no digicam... What do people recommend? I want something small, tough, good in low-light (with no flash) and SMALL (again). I am NOT looking for a replacement for my D70, and I don't want to spend a bajillion dollars.

The Olympuses I've used have the same two problems. Actually every other digicam I use always ends up reinforcing how much I love the PowerShot (despite it's annoying flash/light meter issues).
kevin [email] said at 3:28 PM 10-21-2005: but the f10 uses xd cards. so if you wanna stay cf i would go for any canon. new ones have too many megapixels for the sensor size.
kevin [email] said at 5:17 PM 10-21-2005: i would like to find another canon s400 before mine dies. first and best digicam i ever had! the older canons just rule.
josh [email] said at 3:58 PM 10-21-2005: i think i will get that one. it will be free since you left it in my car like a month ago. i found it when i was digging through the rubble of my car getting broken into again. lucky for you the crackhead didn't take it!

The good news is that the earlier/smaller versions like the SD300 and SD200 are just as good, but less megapixely and less costly. eeeeeeebay.
