LOST

Wee turtle.

I can only imagine the fear in your eyes as the wind whipped you around and around. I can only imagine what it felt like as the water rose and swept you away. I can only hope that the wind and the water which has displaced so many, lifted you into the arms of a child or family who can put you to good use. Maybe you are perched high on a rooftop, watching the city ebb and flow. I'll always remember our time together, wee turtle full o beer. Wee turtle full of hope.

But she was once filled with Red Stripe. She was fulfilled.
kiche [email] said at 7:31 PM 09-16-2005:
a beer filled turtle pool of red stripe?

i'm hoping some lucky national guardsmen found that prize.
milky [email] said at 10:03 AM 09-18-2005:
I think that politician who took the guardsmen on a detour (from the rescue mission, I might add) to go to his house probably gaffled bibbly's beer. At least I hope he did.

You gotta be drunk to do something like that AND let the media get wind of it.
meredith [email] said at 9:09 PM 09-16-2005:
I wish I had a turtle like that.

Hooooraay beer!
milky [email] said at 10:01 AM 09-18-2005:
Those commercials are the best beer commercials on TV. I like that guy over jackasses thinking beer = chicks, hands down. He seems just earnest and really, do beer commercials need the budgets they do?

Well, I dunno any other beer I'd say "Hooray beer" for. Not anything that advertises on TV anyway.
reggie [email] said at 10:36 AM 09-18-2005:
The Red Stripe and the Guinness "Brilliant!" commmercials are my favorite beer commercials.
amanda [email] said at 3:12 PM 09-18-2005:
Budweiser had a recent series of radio commercials that were pretty great. They were the ones that went something like, "Mr. Truck Driving Methhead, we salute you" (just as an example; I don't think that they actually used that one), and then had some cheesy ballad-singing guy in the background.

He looks so happy! I'm sure he got the ride of his life, flyin' around the city he never got off the ground of before. He spent his whole life in the dirt, time for a change. I doubt the smile is wiped off his face. :)
