Am I the only person who wants to see that old Nickelodeon animated series "Danger Mouse" released on DVD? That was such a great show, or at least I think it was, it's been so long maybe my tastes have changed now that I'm approaching thirty.
Nahhh, it was a great show and I would be first in line to pick it up.
Speaking of being hard-pressed to spend my well-earned money on pointless purchases for my own entertainment, the complete first season of Chappelle's Show came out this week and I bought mine as soon as my store opened Tuesday morning. I won't say that this is the funniest show EVER but daggumit it comes close. The best part is, the two-disc DVD is uncensored so you get all the cussing in its foul glory. There's also commentary on a couple of the episodes from Chappelle and the show's co-creator. Of course now I have to wait until next year (or later this year) for season 2 to be released. The episode a couple of weeks ago with Charlie Murphy and Rick James will make the whole set worth buying on its own. Shoot, the one last week with Charlie Murphy and Prince playing basketball was almost as great.

Prince was on Jay Leno last night with Mel Gibson. At some point Prince talked about dressing Mel in more flattering clothes and touched his hand in an effeminate way. Mel looked visibly uncomfortable, then my power went out, so I just went to sleep.

Was trying to find a dangermouse mug, to go along with my car with the underdog decal on the back window (now who's the bigger nerd?). In any event, Ebay is selling Dangermouse DVDs from the UK. They're going for $30, plus whatever shipping and handling costs it takes to get them across the pond. Go to ebay, exclude cd and dj from your search, type in dangermouse, and there you are.

Now the makers of "Who wants to marry a millionaire" won't have to deal with those pesky gays.
Man, what a shmuck.

reggie [email] said at 6:52 PM 07-11-2005: That song is on Mos Def's second (and mediocre) album and I remember when I first heard it I couldn't place it. It took me another couple of listens before I recognized it as the song he did on Chappelle's Show.
reggie [email] said at 6:29 PM 07-11-2005: UPDATE: I did in fact buy the Danger Mouse DVD and I have watched and loved every single minute of it. And the episodes are all barely ten minutes long so you can take in a bunch at a time.
