i'm so damn sick here lately with a sore throat, nasty cough, and all that yummy winter stuff. snot just drooled out of my nose and landed inbetween my H and J keys on my keyboard.

Spread germs around the office! Then it'll be an epidemic!
chrispy said at 3:13 PM 11-09-2004: I've been having one of those colds as well. I recently snotted up my keyboard when I sneezed into my hands and started typing again before I realized that the sneeze was "productive".

With the price of oil, lack of flu vaccines, and our little biological warfare we can descend the country into civil unrest. We'll have people in up in arms just as angry as if they didn't get a reach around!
meredith [email] said at 3:16 PM 11-09-2004: Dude, I can join the people with lingering colds. Although I'm on Dayquill, I tried to work out today and started coughing uncontrollable and had to leave the weight room and hide in the locker room for like ten minutes with all of these other women looking at me like I was going to die.
dave [email] said at 3:41 PM 11-09-2004: when i was 14 people use to go to this big Ectasy club in Lafayette called "The Fish". I remember some of my classier friends were into "Robin'" at the time. Which is basically getting drunk on Robitussin. I hung out with the cool kids fer sure!
dave [email] said at 3:39 PM 11-09-2004: oh man you are diving with sinus issues? you're gonna get the squeeze and bleed out of your ears!!! how much diving have you done? where the hell do you live where it's warm enough to be doing SCUBA lessons now?
woody [email] said at 4:07 PM 11-09-2004: um...ok. I took lessons because I have not done any scuba. The lessons were in a 12 foot deep pool, so it was not dangerous to take sinus meds. I live in Canada but we have these neat pools that are actually indoors and warm. If anybody takes their first scuba lessons in open water, somebody is doing something very wrong.
ed [email] said at 5:13 PM 11-09-2004: I'm just descending into the snotfilled joy of a cold. Started feeling the symptoms yesterday. This afternoon, right before I left work, was my first two-gallon sneeze. I can't wait til it turns brown. That's the best.
abby [email] said at 7:53 PM 11-09-2004: man i've got the cough, and its not productive, and every time i cough my head hurts more from the pressure of it. this sucks!
my coughing also caused me to SEVERLY SCALD MY LEFT HAND at work today. it is red and shiny like a lobster claw!
amanda [email] said at 12:45 AM 11-10-2004: I have the dry wheezing cough of doom right now. The only way I can ever keep this sort of respiratory infection at bay is to self-medicate with potent screwdrivers, but I am unfortunately in the midst of studying for a chemistry exam and have to be mostly-sober. Thankfully, The Machine's notefolio is helping me cheat so I can drink just enough to quell the cough.
