Need a place to live?

my dear friends...

i know i have neglected you for some time, but still i am rude enough to ask you for a favor.

you see our much loved roommate sally has moved out of the goodwill house and we desperately need a replacement. it would be ideal to rent to a girl, but we are open to boys as well.

the house is in a great location (12th and Florida) in NW DC. the rent is $550 per month untill january. then it goes up, but we can discuss that later.

anyhow, if you know anyone who needs a place to live or wants to move to DC please respond to this or email me with their information.

we are cool girls, who seek out someone decently mature and equally laidback with a flair for the impossible. also it helps if the person can deal with loud music, morning reports of the latest walk-of-shame, has no interest in amenities and considers luxury to be the flannel that lines the inside of their thrifty coat. i feel it is best to be upfront about the two of us, simply b/c we have already disappointed too many young "professionals" with our shrine of radical bicycles, assortments of clutter and unread newspapers (oh yeah! we get the Post! but dont tell Mary we dont read it. well i do, but only for my horoscope.)

so if you know somebody who needs a place or wants to make a change, have them contact me. thank you so much for you help and i hope to have a full house soon!
love,
cricket

I found a person who needs a place to live and NOW. His name is Nate and he's a good guy. I vouch for him. Only problem is that he needs his honeypie to move in with him. Is the house big enough for the two of them? Lemme know.
