The "as is" business is sort of scary. And the lack of any cooling system.
It looks like a nice place to live. I'm waiting on the ad for my dream house boat to pop up: the one with the spring-loaded launch ramp for the motorcycle with the fold-down plexi-glass wings.

It's an awesome place to live... this is the only place I've seen in my neighborhood for sale lately. I love where I live, but like I said I could never actually buy a house this all daydreamin'

guy came from incredible wealth...his grandfather practically invented the strip mall, right?
kara [email] said at 11:49 AM 01-30-2003: OK lets try this again.
here's the other cool listing. This place is down the street from The Charles
It's 23000 bucks...
God, the webmaster for this realestate site is going to wonder what the fuck is up.
caitlin [ url ] said at 4:21 PM 01-30-2003: that's a lotta money for a rehab house. If there's a tax abatement with the city, it might be worthwhile if you can afford to get in the door and can afford the repairs. Get a sugar daddy, or at least a man who knows how to swing a hammer and write a check. :)
kara [email] said at 4:33 PM 01-30-2003: The house is Historic though.
I can swing the hammer. As for the check part, I can write em, but they don't go too far...
