I dunno, I thought I was writing another number

Said the mechanic when he wrote down yesterday evening the same wrong code for the same wrong trunk latch that they had ordered the day before. They are holding my car hostage. Today the kids made fun of me because my dad dropped me off at school, and then "Mrs. Rupp" had to drive me home. Her daughter made the most of it announcing loudly that her mom had to drop me off at my house before she could meet her cool friends: I was her carpool friend (uncool)

And Linus sent me a story on the advocate concerning the lack of young adults in Louisiana. Well. shhhhhhhhh. The school board, who is operating at a deficit of 9 mil is now not hiring new teachers. Its a de facto hiring freeze, they're even turning away certified teachers. Where are all these people going? They are not even buying houses here anymore.

I spent $1,000 to get my a/c fixed in my piece of shit truck before I left Baton Rouge. It's only been 4 months and the fucker is already broken. I can't bring it back to get it worked on again because my truck would never make the drive from Orlando to Baton Rouge. I honestly don't know how it made it here. I can't afford to get any more work done to it. It's going to be a fucking hot summer. I went through last summer with no air conditioner in my truck or apartment and it nearly killed me. Being broke fucking sucks! Good luck with the move to Chicago Brandon. I'll do my best to visit you guys sometime.
