amanda [email] said at 1:39 AM 01-26-2007: Talk to Maxipad about it. I've considered moving there due to a job opportunity but I have a really awful British boy that I'm currently obsessed with so I don't want to move somewhere that permanent at the moment.
max [email] said at 12:27 PM 01-26-2007: I like it here. The people are a bit odd in that So-Cal way, but I genuinely enjoy it. It's a pretty chill city. The mexican food is awesome and abundant. There are plenty of good folx once you find them. I'd be more than happy to talk with you about it. Let me know when you are thinking of moving, and I'll see what I can do to help facilitate it.
max [email] said at 1:08 PM 01-30-2007: I've lived in quite a few areas, and I love where I live now. It's called South Park. It's the best feeling of community I have come across. Neighbors are nice. Houses are nice. It's very centrally located. You can get anywhere via bicycle from here. It has a couple cool bars. It's hip enough for youngster activities, but it's also a great place to just live life slow. Great views.
If you are really serious about moving down, and want to plan a pre-moving trip, let me know and I can put you up and drive you around to a few different areas and give you the scoop on it.
I pay $1800 for an extremely nice 1930 3-bedroom. One bedroom houses are in the $800-1400 range. Room rentals seem to be in the $500-$700 range. I have tons of contacts down here including a few property managers, and could put the word out for you depending on what you are looking for.
