ROCKPILE MAGAZINE Looking For Editorial Intern

we've got an opening at our home office and would like to find a self-motivated, creative person with a serious interest in the music/art/lifestyle topics covered in the magazine to come in 1-3 days (though we're flexible) a week. duration can last from a month to 3 or more.

Responsibilities include copy editing, in-house writing, managing subscriptions, some mailing, online research and fact checking,...

Perks include: free CDs, guest list spots, the opportunity to work in a close setting on a nationally distributed magazine, first choice of some new writing assignments, a spot on the masthead, etc...

this is an unpaid position, but hopefully a fun and rewarding one.

if you're from the philadelphia/nj/delaware/nyc area and willing to commute to suburban philly, and interested, please get in touch with managing editor mike mckee via mike@rockpile.net.
